Shipping & Delivery Policy

ReelMitra is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

Delivery: your plan is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed (for UPI payments, usually within 1-2 hours after we verify it). Reels are delivered digitally in your ReelMitra dashboard, where you can watch and download them, and, if you connect Instagram, they are posted to your own Instagram account on the schedule you choose. A reel is usually ready 2-4 minutes after it is started.

Service area: the service is available online across India.

If a paid plan is not activated or a reel is not delivered, email info@reelmitra.in or call +91 7877557499 and we will fix it within one working day.
