Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial: every new account gets 1 free reel. Free reels given at sign-up stay with the account. No card is needed for the trial.

Plans: paid plans are monthly. A plan paid by UPI covers 30 days from approval and does not renew on its own: to stop, simply do not pay for the next month. A plan bought as a Razorpay subscription can be cancelled any time from the subscription link or by emailing us; it stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds: because every reel uses paid AI services the moment it is generated, payments for a billing month in which reels were already generated are not refundable. If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate payment, a wrong amount, or a renewal after you asked us to cancel) or no reel could be generated for you because of a fault on our side, email us within 7 days and we refund the amount to the original payment method (the same UPI ID for UPI payments) within 5-7 working days.
